The Treat: One store will win a ghoulish giveaway 🧟‍♂️

The Trick: The winning store MUST raffle off the giveaway amongst their whole team 🐱‍🏍

To enter your store, you need at least one Transitions Drivewear sale. The more sales, the more entries. There is only one giveaway so only one store will win and will be chosen at random amongst all eligible entries. Raffle entries are retroactive to October 1, 2022 and ALL entries must be received by 12:00 pm October 28, 2022. Please submit the job order number only by email to Jenny at JenniferK@hlopticians.com.

Addtional Raffle Rules:

🕷1 Drivewear Sale  = 1 Entry

🕷1 Drivewear Sale + AR = 2 Entries

🕷No entries will be accepted by fax, text, etc. They must be sent via email, as stated above. Submit to Jenny at JenniferK@hlopticians.com

🕷Entries showing any information, other than the order number, will NOT be accepted i.e. no lab copies, no patient information, etc.)

🕷More than one entry (job number) may be submitted at a time & does not need to be submitted by the individual that made the sale. You may designate one person, to submit on behalf of the store or it can be done individually.

🕷Raffle entries are retroactive to October 1, 2022 and ALL entries must be received by 12:00 pm October 28, 2022. Any entry after that time & date will NOT be accepted.

🕷The winning store will be chosen after 12:00 pm on October 28, 2022 and the giveaway delivered on October 31, 2022. If you location is closed on that date, the giveaway will be delivered the following day.

🕷The individual winner will be announced here on the homepage. If the winner wishes to remain anonymous, the winning store will be announced instead.
