2/24 LAB BLOCKER IS DOWN… QUOTE 7-10 DAYS FOR ALL IN HOUSE ORDERS

Afternoon Everyone,

Unfortunately the lab’s blocker is down. This means that we are unable to block jobs that will need to be surfaced. Good news is that 95% of jobs from today and previous days have been blocked and will not be delayed.

However there will be some stragglers. We will update you if necessary.

We have not heard back from a technician as of yet. We expect to receive a call on Monday and hopefully get a quick diagnosis. Until then any further “IN HOUSE” orders from this afternoon and on going into next week you will need to quote a 7-10 day turnaround.

Please do not request or promise any rush orders at this time… 7-10.

Once we are back up and running we will post the update on the homepage. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation!
