Aetna Eyemed
There is an issue within EM regarding Aetna policies. I contacted Eyemed and was informed that it will take 7 to 14 business days to investigate. If the customer has an existing Aetna EM plan in their profile, we can use that. However, if there’s no existing Aetna EM plan on file, explain to the customer that there’s a glitch in populating their benefits details. We can still start the job with a deposit and collect the rest upon pick up. Thank you
