Just a reminder, all stores should be using Anagram for VSP now. Also, when checking eligibility for a patient and it comes up RESERVED, after the benefit you are checking on…Go to the chat button on the lower left side of the screen and ask them to check this. RESERVED means the patient went to a different optical store and they are trying to use their benefit. Unfortunately, if the information is reserved for a different optical shop, a claim CANNOT be submitted until it is released. Also, it is possible they did get glasses somewhere else. Anagram will be able to help you either way.
