Annual Supply Calculator

The calculator has been updated with the 2026 rebate amounts. If I find time, I will add a spot for the Acuvue promo codes, so we know when the patient needs them for the full rebate amounts. In the meantime, please make sure the patients receive those additional codes to enter when claiming their rebates. You can find a copy of the promo codes under the “Rebates” tab in the calculator.
