It’s that time of year – Apprenticeship renewals are due. You should receive an email to renew. Fill out your forms and send to Canton attn: Andrea for notarizing. Forms MUST BE FILLED OUT COMPLETELY and signed by applicant and LO supervisor before sending to Andrea. Thank you.
