AR MACHINE IS UNDER REPAIR, ALL AR OUTSOURCED, 10 DAY DELAY

Great Thursday!

Yes, there is a vital machine at the lab that is presently inoperable… THE AR MACHINE! We are waiting on parts and then the repair once the part arrives. All jobs appx from May 14th to present day requiring AR are shipped, waiting to be shipped and/or will be shipped going forward until the AR machine is once again operable. This means you will need to give a 10 DAY TURN AROUND TIME in “BUSINESS DAYS.” The lab will not be here on Sat nor Sun to run work, we are closed.

AR work will be expedited to the stores as we receive it. The jobs will probably not be in order of date since they are being outsourced so be sure to provide the accurate ETA to all patients.

Wrap up: AR machine is down, all AR jobs will be outsourced including orders from last week, turnaround is 10 BUSINESS DAYS. No we will not accommodate rushes… 1st come are the 1st served.
