AR MAINTENANCE CONCLUDED

Good Morning Everyone!

Our AR machine maintenance has concluded. We have cleared out most of our backlog of AR. You can give patients the 3-5 day turnaround.

There may be some stragglers with AR in the mix but we are working diligently to get those orders delivered to the stores. If it’s been past 10 days and you still have not received AR orders please send a fax to the lab to check status.

***Note this does not include AR orders waiting for special order frames. Please check on your special order frame statuses.***
