AR UPDATE, THERE IS STILL DELAY, ETA 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS

Good Tuesday!

In reference to AR our in-house machine is still not fully functioning. There are still some ripples we are working through so the process is at a slower pace. As far as the AR work we outsourced there are still appx 100 jobs we are waiting to receive back from the outside lab… PERFERX. We had suggested a minimum of 10 business days and we are nearing that for most of those orders.

If your orders are from early as 5/16 waiting for AR and says PERFERX under status date it has been outsourced. We hope to have the majority of orders in by Tuesday. Perferx returns to us about 20 jobs per day. You’ll receive an updated list of orders tomorrow.

So let’s wrap this up and talk about turnaround time. The last of Perferx orders AND in house AR let’s make 5-7 business days for turnaround time starting from today. Hopefully all orders can fall in to this time line. If there are any changes we will post an update.
