August Spiffs

Please double check your spiffs before sending them to me. Remember that the $300 and up frames needs A.R. and the transition with A.R. needs to be a NEW frame not patients own frame…… I already received incorrect spiffs and it’s very time consuming to check each one…..Thank you for your cooperation…….Roberta
