Discontinuation of Superior Vision Effective January 1, 2026

Please be advised that effective January 1, 2026, we will no longer accept Superior Vision insurance. This change applies to both Apex Optometric Care and Harvey and Lewis. Please ensure that scheduling and patient communications reflect this update. The VAs have also been informed of this change and will reach out as needed when verifying eligibility.
