ECP Reminder and Tip

Hello Everyone! We just wanted to remind everyone to set up all new appointments in Eyecloud Pro. Please make sure you are obtaining all insurance information and entering it into Eyecloud Pro at the time the appointment is made. This will be super helpful for our VAs’ to look up benefit details.
If you have add-ons please use the message feature within ECP, located on the top left hand side. Lyra and Joanne are your go to for medical insurances and Rhina will be your go to for Eyemed, Husky and Spectera. Please keep in mind that Rhina will only be uploading PDFs of the benefit summary sheet. You all will still be required to determine patients’ eligibility for exams and materials.
