FTC Rx Signature Rule Update

Eye Cloud has made some changes to accommodate for the new FTC rule requiring patients to sign to confirm receipt of their glasses and contact lens prescriptions. For now, proceed as normal and we will go over how to use this in more detail at the PCC meeting on Tuesday.
In the meantime, please look at the tutorial to get familiar with the change. You can find the tutorial on your ECP home page, click on “Tutorials” on the bottom left of the screen, and then click on the “Configuration” tab. It should be the second tutorial named “Obtain Patient Signature for Release of Vision Prescriptions”. Thank you!
