HL CLARITY (ENDLESS) “HOW TO PROPERLY REQUEST LENS FROM LAB”

Good Morning Everyone,

DIRECTIONS FOR REQUESTING NEW LENS HL CLARITY:

1) SUBMIT THROUGH MVE AS A CONTOUR

2)YOU MUST ENTER IN YOUR NOTES SECTION THAT YOU ARE     REQUESTING “HL CLARITY”

***If you do not make a notation that you are requesting an “HL CLARITY” you will receive a CONTOUR progressive***

This process will be temporary until you have the selection in MVE. Once the drop down is implemented you will no longer be selecting the CONTOUR option unless you want an actual CONTOUR progressive.

Please also make note the CONTOUR PROGRESSIVE IS STILL AN AVAILABLE LENS!

In addition remember that when you submit a job through MVE it is started on THAT DAY. Writing “We want the new design” on your retail ticket in which the lab receives the next day will delay your order since it will need to be restarted.

Remember “HL CLARITY” is the new lens design… put it in your notes section while selecting the CONTOUR design!
