IN-HOUSE AR UPDATE: ETA 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS

This is the lab reaching out with an updated delivery time frame for all in-house AR/Glare Free orders. We still have not received all moving parts pertinent to efficiently processing in-house AR but we have worked with the moving parts available and some tweeking in order to keeping running AR at H&L Lab. Our success has been good. You may have noticed that orders have been delivered to stores within 7 days or less although we quoted a 14 day ETA. This is partly due to our wonderful lab team but the other part is definitely the teamwork amongst the stores. You all really gave us the space and time to work as efficiently as possible with perfect communication to the patients. So we the lab THANK YOU =)

So in conclusion for all IN-HOUSE AR the turnaround time will be 5-7 business days. Once we receive all equipment and establish a routine we expect to squeeze this down to 5 days MAXIMUM & LESS. However for immediate clarification and confirmation:
