iSolved Updates

Hi All! Thank you for your patience with the iSolved system while some kinks are worked out!! 1st – with the geofencing – if you are having trouble clocking in/out due to geofence rules BUT ….. others can clock in/out – this means your phone settings need to be looked at in reagrds to the location services/cookies based on the browser you use on your device. Try going into settings and ensure location services are enabled on your device for that browser. If still can’t get in, feel free to contact Jackie (I will do my best to help!)

2nd – Now that the pay period is over, it is time to autorize your employee timesheets! Before you authorize your timesheet, please make sure it is accurate (i.e. your meal was taken out for a Saturday shift). When it is 100% ready, you will go onto your timecard (located under the clock), above the punches there is a minus sign (next to the 3 dots). When you click the minus sign, it shows associate & manager – you will check mark the associate tab. That’s it! It’s off to your manager to review and authorize before 11am on Tuesday!
