LAB EQUIPMENT DOWN!!! EXTENDED TURNAROUND TIME!!!

Important message regarding lab processing! The blocker is temporarily inoperable. This means that ALL PROGRESSIVE DESIGNS, FT DESIGNS AND SOME SINGLE VISION LENSES WILL BE DELAYED.

At the moment we do not have an ETA as to when the blocker will be fixed. Presently we are waiting for support and we will proceed from there. We just wanted to give a heads up for work you sent through yesterday past 2:30 and work you will be sending through today will be delayed in accordance to the lens designs described above.

Our suggestion is to expect a 8-10 turnaround time temporarily. Again we have not received a callback from support yet and are not sure what next steps we may need to take so we have no definite ETA at the moment.
