LAB STILL UNDER “RENOVATION” ETA 7-1O DAYS 🚧

Good Morning Everyone,

Just wanted to give clarification to turnaround time. At this time and for the past few weeks the lab has been under renovation with machinery. This requires updates to our lab manufacturing software and new processes to implement. We have asked that everyone extend their ETA for patients.

ETA is 7-10 days with 7 business days being the minimum not the maximum. Please set the expectations with ALL patients. This applies to all orders submitted through MVE finished or surfaced. We will not be taking requests to “RUSH” or “NEEDS BY.” =) The lab team is doing their utmost best to work within these guidelines and we need you to work with us.

In conclusion, ETA for most orders is a MINIMUM of 7 days. As for outside processing those same time frames still apply and haven’t changed.
