Lab update Jan 2024

Hello all,

The lab has underwent a software update. With this update we are working out the kinks with the software technicians to fine tune our lab ticket orders. Apparently we noticed that we are finding orders that need AR getting submitted to us without. Please be patient with us while we are dealing with the software technicians to fix any bugs that we are experiencing. Thank you for the understanding! -lab
