Lost Luxottica Order

At the end of the year , I spoke to all the office managers about ordering Luxottica frames to meet our max rebate. All the stores sent me a list of about 20 frames and I placed the order. BC is missing their order! Jen added 17 frames to their inventory on 01/07. If you received 35-40 frames ,you have their order. Please check your stock and inventory. Thank you.
