ORDER DELAY: BLOCKER MAINTENANCE TODAY 3/30

Good Morning Everyone,

This is an important message in reference to ALL SURFACE ORDERS FROM TODAY!! Any and all surface orders submitted to day will be delayed. The blocker will be under maintenance and will be out of commission for the majority of the day. This means that the blocking of any surface order won’t be started until the end of today or tomorrow.

Keep in mind that there are 8 stores and there will be a plethora of orders to block by the end of the day/tomorrow.  So please add an extra 2 days to delivery… 5-7  business days is a perfect ETA.

We will update the ETA once we are caught up with the orders.  If you are unsure whether or not your order is a surface job assume that it is and quote the 5-7 day ETA.
