Patient Portal

The patient portal is now cell phone compatible – yay! We can send the link for the portal right in a text message so hopefully this will get more people to fill it out. The best way to do this is to set up a text message template in ECP reminding patients that we need the portal filled out, and then send another text with the actual link. (There is a character limit so it is hard to fit it all in one text). I can call each store to help everyone set it up. Any questions contact Adrienne
