PD Releases

This is a reminder to everyone that we DO NOT take PD’s for customers that are not purchasing glasses at Harvey & Lewis . If a previous customer requests information that we have , we can release the PD after they sign our release form. You can find this on our home page . We have many new employees ,so this is just a reminder for everyone. Thanks
