SPECTERA UPDATE

Under the new contract with Spectera, H&L has made some changes to the progressive and AR tiers.
Progressive: Office now Tier II Basic Digital now Tier III All other lenses + HLHD are now Non Formulary, which means they are discounted at 20% off retail.
The exceptions will be plans like CK/J5/TR /UY etc. (Plans with copays under $75 for all Tiers.)
AR : Backside will be Tier II All others will be Tier IV
