TINT REQUESTS MUST BE ADDED THRU LAB ALERTS

Good Morning All!

Congratulations to most on selecting “edit to original order-today” when submitting an edit to the lab. Please continue with the great progress and educate those who may not be aware or understand this process. The next hurdle to cross is adding tints to all orders.

If you are selecting a tint for an order you need to use the drop down under LAB ALERTS to add the tint color, solid/gradient option and density. If the exact color isn’t available… it’s okay. You can write on the retail ticket to match sample & send a demo lens. However what is important is that you use LAB ALERTS TO ALWAYS ADD A TINT.

If you don’t use LAB ALERTS to add a tint you are only adding that option to your sale. You are not submitting a tint order to the lab ticket through MVE.
