UPDATE! Apprenticeship Paperwork

Hi everyone! Please make sure if you are sending your apprenticeship paperwork down to Carol for notarizing that it is COMPLETELY and accurately filled out prior to sending it. (Signatures have been missing, no cross outs are acceptable, etc.) Carol will also have her notary stamp at the meeting if any last minute forms need to be verified.
