VALID RIM TYPES THRU MVE

Good morning everyone!

The lab has been consistently receiving orders through MVE WITHOUT RIM TYPES. Not receiving a rim type will delay your order from being processed. There are only certain rim types available that transmit through MVE. These rim types are located in the drop down and they are as follows:
ZYL
METAL
NYLOR
RIMLESS DRILL
SAFETY ZYL
SAFETY METAL
SAFETY INLINE
(INLINE- DOES NOT TRANSMIT, NOT AN OPTION IN LAB COMPUTER)
These are the only rim types that transmit. If you do not select from these options your frame rim type WILL NOT BE TRANSMITTED TO THE LAB. If you are placing a remake you need to enter the order using the above rim types through MVE. You can not copy and paste an order. Rim types as FULL-ZYL or DRILLED RIMLESS are NOT current rim selections listed through MVE. Please let’s use the proper computer input to help the lab efficiently process the work orders.
