VERIFICATION OF CORRECT PATIENT/CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Hi Everyone,
It has been brought to our attention that there have been a few insurance issues and incorrect billing over the past few weeks.
Please ask for the patient/customer’s DOB at initial contact.
This will alleviate duplicates and incorrect insurance processing. Also, when verifying insurance please triple check patient/customer DOB, address, email and cell phone and ensure that the correct information is in both ECP and MVE. A BIG THANK YOU!!!
