Virtual Assistants need help!

Hello everyone. A reminder that you should not delete any notes that the virtual assistants have typed into the appointment calendar. The most common notes are “VV/MVE,” “VV,” and “MVE.” These notes are used by the virtual assistants to keep track of the information they have obtained, and to facilitate the transfer of data from ECP to MVE.
