Please send VSP EXAMS AND ORDERS DOWN TO ASYLUM.
We have found quite a few claims are not being submitted via VSP because we aren’t receiving them with your daily sales tapes.
Please be advised that ALL VSP EXAM AND EYEWEAR ORDERS HAVE TO BE SENT TO ASYLUM IN ORDER FOR US TO RECEIVE THE INS REIMBURSEMENT.
