WHAT DOES “OUT AT LAB” MEAN ON WIP SHEET FROM LAB?

Good Morning,

We, The Lab, send each store Work In Progress (WIP) sheets at least 3x per week. You may see a new description under status that reads “OUT AT LAB”. This means that the order has AR and has been sent out for Glare Free application. We are still quoting 14 day turn around time (BUSINESS DAYS). If your order is at the 12th BUSINESS DAY please fax, fax, fax your inquiry to the lab. We will check status. Most likely the order is in the lab waiting to be assembled and shipped out to the corresponding store.

Please be sure to check the status of your order against the WIP sheet inclusive of the date before faxing your inquiry.
