AR DELAYS UPDATE; 14 DAY ETA; EVERYONE PLEASE READ NOW

We will not be sending individual updates to each store referencing AR delays. All information will be posted here.

As of this week we are still operating on a TWO WEEK TURNAROUND TIME FOR AR/GLARE FREE. In house AR process is still not running at full capacity. So again TURNAROUND TIME IS 14 BUSINESS DAYS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. Not all AR orders will require 14 days. We are doing our best to expedite all orders earlier or within the given time frame.

***ALL AR ORDERS SUBMITTED TO LAB FROM 10/4-10/15 EXPECT TO RECEIVE AT LATEST BY TUES 10/26
***ALL AR ORDERS SUBMITTED TO LAB FROM 10/16-10/22 (until tomorrow) EXPECT TO RECEIVE AT THE LATEST BY TUES NOV 2.

By the end of next week we are expecting to slowly be able to expedite AR orders closer to regular time frame. At least operating at a 7-10 turnaround until we’re able to run at full capacity.
