AR UPDATE

Hello,

We wanted to keep everyone abreast on our AR process. As you know we have been outsourcing most orders for AR application. There has been some hiccups with this outside lab and their AR process which is putting our turnaround time very close to the two weeks estimated.

We have since rectified the situation with the outside lab and are now processing some orders in house to help expedite work. By Thursday 10/21 AFTER 1pm we can better evaluate what jobs may be delayed by a few days. Please do not panic and start to fax or call the lab before 1PM this Thursday for status checks. It will just delay our diligent process. We will go through all orders and update each store individually.
