LAB SUPPLIES FRAME CLARIFICATION

Great Friday and Attention to all,

As most of you are aware the lab supplies specific parade frames. There is an approved list of parade frames provided to those participating stores. The alert “LAB SUPPLIES FRAME” only applies to those frames on that list… the lab provides no additional parade frames for stores.

Secondly the alert “LAB SUPPLIES FRAME” indicates that the lab is supplying the frame so please do not send the frame to the lab unless we call to request it. If you are sending the parade frame, which would be the case for POF, do not select the alert for the lab to supply the frame. LAB SUPPLIES FRAME is an alert for the lab to select the frame from “OUR INVENTORY” to process the order.

Stay with me! In addition if the lab is providing the frame from our inventory you need to select the alert provided thru MVE that reads “LAB SUPPLIES FRAME.”

In conclusion, if the lab is providing the parade frame USE THE ALERT. If lab is not providing the parade frame DO NOT USE THE ALERT and send the POF. If lab is providing the parade frame check the list before using the alert. Only select what is on the list and the provided frame description in MVE. Please do not type in your description of the model. All information has been entered into MVE for a seamless process!
