LAB TEMP DOWN

Good morning Harvey and Lewis. The lab is temporarily down. We are having issues with our compressed air which operates a few of our machines. This means that all surfacing orders from yesterday (Mon 3/22) starting at around 1pm to all surfacing jobs from today are at a pause until the issue if fixed. We hope to back up and fully running by tomorrow Wedn 3/24. Finished lens orders will not be delayed. If your orders are past a 6 day mark of processing and you are concerned about an ETA please FAX over your inquiry. If your orders are LESS THAN 6 days old please allow the lab 8 days before inquiring. We will send an update by this evening or tomorrow morning to inform all stores of the labs’ status.
