Please help!!

I’m on the hunt for a Prada frame I ordered as a replacement for a patient on February 4th – I called for an update yesterday; it was received and signed for on the 10th and never made its way to us. If anybody has a Prada 13VV in eye size 53 in the spotted brown/teal color please please please call Uconn and let me know? Thank you 🙂
