Medical insurance and Vision Vendor Assistance

Hello Everyone. Just a point of clarification. Lyra (virtual assistant) is your medical insurance guru and Joanne (virtual assistant) is next in line (still training). If you have any questions regarding medical insurance verifications, please refer your questions to Lyra via ECP. Rhina (virtual assistant) looks up vision vendor info for pts’ that are already on the schedule. Due to the fact that she does this for all 7 locations, she will not have time to look up the “walk-ins” or the add-ons”. Please look these up yourself, and reach out to Rhina if you need additional help. Thank you
