VSP via ECP and MVE

Hi again! 🙂
We took some time to hash over VSP copay entries and have decided to change the process. From here out, via ECP, we will be zeroing out the amt for the exam and refraction on the invoice and putting a note with the “amt of the copay VSP MVE”.
