Reminder: Please do not provide the billing department phone number to patients calling about bills.

We were recently informed that the lab received a call regarding a billing issue, which should not be happening. If a patient calls with billing questions, please collect their contact information and a brief memo of their concern and forward it to us so we can assist them directly.
